After I bought my first house with Ashley, there was almost immediately a fire. Even though the transaction had completed, Ashley went to great lengths to help me out; reading through my home insurance policy, helping me with the previous owner who had still not moved out, getting me in contact with construction loan officers so I could start to rebuild. Her team does not quit, and will have my business in perpetuity. We recently closed on a 2nd home (hasn’t burned down yet, fingers crossed) and with Ashley’s help, the previous owner accepted our offer (which was not the highest offer) due in large part to a few of Ashley’s suggestions.
