We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Anders. Every single step of the way, he was on top of it. We found a property we love, got an offer in, completed acceptance, inspections, closed, and get keys… all within 30 days. Speed was not our goal. Anders just made it possible. His knowledge of the neighborhood and the market in general, along with his objective approach when letting us know what to expect, made us very comfortable with him right away. We don’t plan on moving, but if we ever had to buy a home again in Tacoma, we would insist on partnering with Anders again.
