I give credit to Anders for closing on the house that my wife and I got! He understands the market very well and helped us put in a strong offer so we could be under contract after just 1 weekend of looking around (we were on a tight time schedule). He was able to handle small issues autonomously and led the way to getting a second lender when the first fell through, without which we would have lost the house.
